When budgeting for your wedding

Q: Will you help plan and direct my wedding reception? A: We will meet with you and help plan your reception. The location of sound equipment, announcements, scheduling the timeline of events, special dances, cake cutting, toasts, the bouquet and garter toss and any other special events you wish to include in the festivities. We will coordinate all the activities and work with other vendors to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time so you can relax and enjoy your special day. |

Q: Will you act as the Emcee at my reception? A: We will handle all Emcee duties from announcing the wedding party, introducing dances and directing the guests to participate in preplanned activities you specify in a manner that is completely professional and reflects the tone of your event. |

Q: Are your prices in line with those charged by other DJ services? A: Prices for DJ services vary widely depending on a variety of factors including the experience of the company in question. You will undoubtedly find DJs that will quote you both higher and lower prices than the quote you receive from us. Rather than comparing price alone we urge you to compare value. We feel that our investment in state of the art sound and lighting equipment and our extensive, legal music library make us the best choice at any price. It is the things that money can’t buy that make us an incredible value; things like our years of experience, our reputation for dependability, creativity and professionalism. |

Q: Do you charge extra for equipment set up? A: We always allow enough lead time at NO EXTRA CHARGE to ensure that we are completely set up and dressed in appropriate attire prior to the arrival of the first guest. |

Q: Do you take requests? A: With any DJ, requests should be welcomed. However, if a requested song seems inappropriate, a good DJ should be able to explain why that selection can't be played and offer or ask for an alternative selection or check with the client to make sure the song is OK to play. |

Q: Will there be an emergency back-up system at our event? A: B&M ENTERTAINMENT brings a full and complete back-up system in case of an emergency situation. |

Q: May I see our DJ at a performance? A: Please feel free to come to ANY public performance that we do however we do not allow prospective clients to view our services at weddings or private parties. We feel it is very unprofessional and would not allow us to give 100% attention to the client's event that we are working at. We would not invite them to your event, so we can't invite you to their's. |
